About
I began my real estate career more than 20 years ago with the nation’s largest title insurance and escrow company. During that time, I developed expertise in identifying and resolving transaction issues—saving clients both time and money. From there, I became a certified 1031 Exchange Specialist, where I assisted taxpayers in deferring gains on more than $1 billion in real property transactions. In that role, I also had the privilege of teaching and collaborating with hundreds of CPAs and attorneys throughout California.
In 2015, I stepped into leadership as Team Leader and Chief Executive Officer of Keller Williams Realty Central Coast, overseeing all of San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara counties. Through coaching, training, and strategic growth initiatives, I doubled the size of the company and led it to become the #1 market share leader in the county, helping the organization close over $4 billion in real estate transactions.
I was raised on a cattle ranch in Paso Robles, and the Central Coast remains home to me today. It’s where I raised my three children and where I continue to give back through volunteer work with organizations such as Family Care Network, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children), The Food Bank and Nature Corps.
At the heart of my career and community involvement is a simple purpose: to help as many people as I can before I leave this earth.
