I understand firsthand the challenges of packing up, starting over, and building a new life in a new place. During the first nine years of marriage, my wife and I experienced nine relocations driven by career changes all while raising our young family. More moves and transitions followed, each one shaping my deep understanding of what it takes to make a successful move. Now, after 40 years of marriage, as empty nesters with two wonderful Millennial children and four grandchildren, I can genuinely relate to the stress and emotions that come with moving. That’s why I’m passionate about helping clients navigate every step of listing, selling, and buying their homes with confidence and clarity.

My mission is simple: to create smooth, successful outcomes for buyers and sellers by combining personal experience with professional expertise. As a second language, I am also fluent in Spanish.
